Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have actually been taken by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A man was interviewed by department officers about illegally importing and consequently supplying unlicensed impotence medications by means of the web.
The 47-year-old was also questioned about other medication offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was carried out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, stated: "It is vital that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medications can be hazardous.
"These kinds of items being offered, generally online, have gone through no quality assurance and there can be no warranty about their safety.
"You just do not know what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not know the effect drugs like this may have on your health."
